I absolutely LOVE my new 2015 pre-certified Mazda5! Even though I was there for 3 hours Dan Eugea and Tim Murray were eager to answer every question and put my mind to rest down to the tiniest detail. I was floored that they offered a shuttle to come get me at home so I could get my new car. The detailing you did on the car was phenomenal... makes it look practically brand new and I had several comments about it. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had in my 25 years of buying cars. Funny side notes... I almost threw myself out the window several times today ha ha ha. The brakes are waaaay touchier than my old ford lol. At one point (about a half hour after leaving the dealership) I had parked and was getting ready to get out and I realized I couldn't tell if the car was running or not! There was no engine noise and tons of vibration like the ford to alert me it was on lol. Later, I was jumping for joy (quite literally lol) when I discovered the side mirrors fold in! Ahh the little things that make life so sweet ? Proud New Mazda Owner, Ronda Y.

I recently had my wife's 2009 Mazda CX-9 serviced and I was so pleased with the service experience. Dennis Tiffert was my advisor and reassured me of what the service was going to entail. He told me upfront what I was going to pay and keep me informed throughout the service on the status of my vehicle. Dennis is a top notch guy and I will keep using Continental Mazda to service my car!!!

I was looking into possibly buying a new vehicle and decided on a Mazda. After calling a few dealerships in the area and receiving quotes, I had narrowed down my choice to in person visits and Continental Mazda was first on the list. And I am happy I chose them first. To make a very long story short, I did end up buying a brand new 2017 CX-5 from them for a few reasons. 1) It was a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. At no point did I feel like I was just "another sale" nor did I get a sense that they didn't want to help me because I told Dan (Sales) I was about 50/50 on actually buying a new vehicle.2) Dan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, both during the test drive and afterwards. 3) They gave me very good deals on not only the vehicle I was buying, but also my trade in. Not only that but there wasn't the stereotypical negotiating, just a simple "can you go a little higher/lower?" and they did. Thanks to Chris (Sales Manager) for being flexible and fair on pricing.4) They gave me a heck of a deal on the extended warranty. Not sure who else was involved with this but, Bob (Finance Manager) did a great job of breaking down the extended warranty information. He didn't try to sell it to me, just used practical examples and time frames related to the cost of repairs over time vs cost of the warranty.I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had an amazing experience working with Jeremiah Febus. He was polite, funny, and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to get a great price and even drove all the way to Wisconsin to pick up my car! I would HIGHLY recommend working with him if you are in search of a new car. It was a pleasurable experience overall. We contacted the dealership (Nate Martin) few months back and made several visits to the dealership before we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. final stages of the negotiation were long but in the end I believe both the parties came to a favorable agreement. Great service. would definitely recommend the dealership over some others in the area
