My wife Chris and I recently had an opportunity to test drive a CX5 at Continental Mazda. Audrey, our salesperson, was professional and knowledgable. She was very detail oriented. However, we were not prepared to buy that day. Audrey's assistance was invaluable and we look forward to working with her in the future.
Outstanding customer service! I went through a horrible experience where my vehicle was stolen, but it was then later recovered without damage. My Mazda vehicle had to be towed to continental Mazda in Naperville, because the offender had taken my only set of keys. The plan was to have my locks and ignition changed with two new sets of keys, which was suppose to be covered by my insurance. My insurance turned out to be a nightmare, so my vehicle sat on the Mazda dealer`s lot for two weeks. Going through all the battles I had to face with this particular incident, the only party that was not a headache was Continental Mazda. Their customer service department was exceptional! They were very compassionate and patient about the given circumstances and they ensured that my vehicle would be taken care of properly and that my vehicle was safe in their hands. It is something when your car dealer seems to be working more in your favor than your own car insurance company . Mazda even gave me a discount on my services. Through my whole horrible experience, I am grateful that I have such an amazing car dealer to work with. I drove my vehicle off their lot with a peace of mind and confidence, knowing that I am at least in good hands when it comes to my dealer. Very professional, informative and compassionate. I`m so glad my fiancé and I went with Mazda!

Dan not only took care of us on our day off but called to follow up to ensure our happiness. Buying a vehicle has never been easier.
We purchased a car here in October. We worked with Audrey and she was great! She was not pushy and did a wonderful job of explaining all of the features of the car we bought. I would recommend asking for her when you stop in Continental Mazda of Naperville.

It was a tough decision but I didn't end up purchasing a Mazda but was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Audrey Lovejoy provided to me. She pointed out all of the wonderful features of the Mazda C-5 and let me experience them first hand in the test drive. I would highly recommend talking to and working with Audrey if you are in the market for a Mazda!
